We arrived on Tuesday. Our load came Wednesday. We've been mostly unpacked since Friday and we got Internet connected this afternoon. N starts work tomorrow. We're officially residents of southern California! From the moment we drove into our neighborhood I knew this would be a perfect fit for us. I'm almost afraid to like it too much because I know we won't be here forever.
It's so nice to be near some great old friends and gamizone and family (whenever he makes it back to town) and we've already scoped out the beach, the library, the big playground down the street, the base and the local grocery stores. We can't wait to do some more exploring this week.
Woohoo! I've been checking to see if you all got settled in. I can't wait to see pictures from all your adventures and explorations. We can visit CA through you all!
