A cheeky squirrel whose eyes are always following me.
A pair of female marsupials deftly dangling while nursing their beady-eyed babies.
Ponies soaking their tired, glittering hooves in my bathroom sink.
Booties. (Don't you love the word "booties?")
A toddler's baseball cap functioning as a door stop.

This collage would indicate that at some point last week ...
a) ... we visited the Nature Center and learned all about backyard bandits (did you know both male and female opossums have two sets of reproductive organs?).
b) ... we visited the Thrift Cottage, where creepy, lifelike woodland creatures and gently used plastic horses were half price.
c) ... I decided wee articles of toddler clothing make adorable still-life subjects.
d) ... I lost my sanity.
I love that in you insane moments you are using your new camera in very creative ways. Then I get to relish these glimpses of my grand kids' days. Thank you as always for sharing your lives. I love you.
ReplyDeleteI love all the changes you've been making around here! The new look is fantastic and you have such a cute, new name! Thanks for the tour, too. That squirrel is pretty fantastic, and my girls might have some serious pony envy if they ever peek in your sink.
ReplyDeleteHmmm...you seem completely sane to me...
ReplyDelete:)
(Ponies are one of our all-time best go-to toys for BOTH girls. Good pick!)
