Something about this photo gives me deep joy.
My mother-in-law took it while we were at the park the other day. And I think it's stunning.
It's not the prettiest view of me--no make-up, hair swept into a utilitarian ponytail, rumpled T-shirt--but it perfectly captures the essence of my life right now. We get up, we get our bearings, we get out into the sunshine whenever possible, and little H is always right there, snuggled against me.
Receiving this picture today made me realize just why I am so utterly in love with my life. This is for real.
You look happy, and there's nothing more beautiful than happy :). Here's to blessed, REAL lives!
