These are some snaps from today with our new camera--Canon PowerShot SD850--a fine memory-preserving device indeed. It takes fantastic outdoor photos and decent low-light shots, which our previous camera did not. Needless to say we're having fun with our new toy.
Speaking of new toys...I purchased my Christmas gift from Nick over the weekend--that new sewing machine I've mentioned. It's a Viking Husqvarna Emerald 116, which is the base model. Apparently Singer is pretty low-budget now and no longer holds the crown in the sewing world as it once did. I'm amazed at how easy my Viking is to use so far. I think I'll name her Olga.
Cute pics - I want a new camera!! Glad you got your sewing machine - I'd actually heard that about Singer. I guess the old ones are still great, but the new ones are pretty lame. Have fun with the new toys :)
